Not even a day, there are never a peaceful day.

It is a kind of expressional description about my feeling for today. yes, These days, since I got back from USA, and Paju I decided to stay in this temple. Because There are more opportunities to learn. The more opportunities to speak English, The more opportunities to practice my mindfulness. The more opportunities that I can help my people. The more opportunities to drink various tea. The more opportunities to learn from unexpected encounters. Of course, that doesn't mean always this place show me the creamy sweet taste. It is super spicy, painful, bitter and upsetting. Those steamy tiredness has been very much challenging. Always changed my emotional weather every single day. So I've been watching over my emotions and thoughts how they can change and switch from this to that one. It is very interesting how can a perception create the nasty emotion and boils me over it. Whether my understanding already knows about the mechanism of the madness, and sadness, It is not easy to jump out from the emotional state.

But Right understanding,

the right watching can change the beautiful relationship among people. So that can change the vibe within love, and understanding. It has always unfolded miraculously into harmonization. So what we have to do is watching over mind within myself. But It is also so true that is not easy to stay with the suffering moment. but what can we do have for option? Flight or Fight? Observing it? Yes, just like YinYeon, Every moments seem created at that right time for a certain reason. That is pretty interesting, how those YinYeon always create the beautiful growth and expansion within myself. Yes. This temple widens my bowl of heart. It creates me watching over my thought and feeling. Staying together within community is spiky and thorny, but also there are a lot of fruits. Wish I could live this life as the dancing vibe in the logo of JustBe Temple. 'Right observation leads the life as dance'.
